Information how to get to our guesthouse in Amsterdam city centre.
Airport, Bus & Walk <> easy and cheap!
Red "Schiphol Sternet" buses (operated by Connexxion) run from the bus stop area just outside Schiphol Plaza / main station hall. Bus 197 (N97 at night once every hour) goes to Amsterdam Leidseplein every 15 minutes with stops at Museumplein and Leidseplein - this option is very convenient if you are staying around this area (AdamGoodStay guesthouse). The bus costs 4-euro one-way and the journey takes around 30 min.
From the busstop Leidseplein it is a 2 minute walk to AdamGoodStay guesthouse, leidsestreet no. 86. Just before prinsengracht above the shoe-store Cynthia.
Airport, Train & Tram
You can also take the train to Amsterdam Central Station (15 minutes, € 4) and a tram: number 1, 2 or 5. Get off at the corner of Leidsestraat and Prinsengracht.
Adamgoodstay is at Leidsestreet no. 86, next to Etos drustore and above shoestore Cynthia.
Train / Taxi
From Central Station you can also take a cab, ask for corner Leidsestreet / Prinsengracht.
Fare is around € 10,- make sure you agree upon the price and no hanky panky!!!!

Park and Ride P+R in Amsterdam
Car
You can come by car, but do realise that parking is expensive (€ 4,50 per hour..... almost as expensive as your room) and parking spaces are hard to find.
Take a Taxi from the airport
Take a taxi from Schiphol Airport - 20 minutes, around € 35 - to avoid an unpleasant surprise, make sure to check on the price before you get in!
AdamGoodStay guest house is in the direct vicinity of:
- Leidseplein and Kerkstraat.
- Two minutes from Reguliersdwarsstraat.
- Close to Paradiso, Melkweg, Jimmy Woo, Sugar Factory; name it!
- An endless choice of restaurants, theatres, and museums at walking distance!
